Portrait space for coach image
Through art, reflection, journaling, and guided exploration, I create spaces where individuals can pause, listen to their inner self, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that are often hidden beneath achievement, expectations, self-doubt, and everyday mundane routines.
I combine nervous-system regulation with structured art practice to translate internal chaos into clear, tangible identity anchors. My work is rooted in a simple belief: Every person carries many possible selves within them. Some are waiting to be discovered. Some are waiting to be expressed. Some are waiting to be embraced. And this belief has led to the creation of “Canvas to Core”.

At Possible Selves – Canvas to Core Program, art is not only about creating something beautiful. It is about creating a deeper and more fulfilling relationship with yourself. It is about creating that space which gives you the scope to explore, express, experience, and unconditionally embrace your essence; who you truly are. Over the last several years, I have guided high-achieving professionals through this same method—helping them move from self-doubt to self-trust, communicate with more authority, and make aligned decisions without constant overthinking.

In this live webinar, I will walk you through the exact first steps of that process so you leave with more than inspiration—you leave with a grounded shift you can feel, name, and build on. Whether you join a workshop, coaching journey, retreat, or reflective art experience, my intention remains the same: To help you rediscover and return to yourself—with greater clarity, compassion, confidence, and self-trust.

My work is rooted in a simple belief: Every person carries many possible selves within them. Some are waiting to be discovered. Some are waiting to be expressed. Some are waiting to be embraced.
